    I count previous dibs on this one. Last summer, on the way home from Newport, RI, I saw just this plate (or one remarkably similar) on a vehicle passing me on the Interstate! But, when I explain the #, people always seem to need to have the joke explained. Picture is much better. Now I’ll just send it on. Thanks, Ruth!
